We’ve teamed up with trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and efficiently. If you're outside our regular delivery zones, no worries—we’ll reach out with options that work best for your location.

Delivery Scheduling

  • Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) & Greater Toronto Area (GTA): You can schedule your delivery at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Other Areas: For deliveries outside the GVA or GTA, we’ll provide an estimated delivery window, though times may vary depending on your location.

Need to Postpone?

Not ready to receive your order just yet? No problem! We can hold onto your items until a better time for you. Just let us know, and we’ll make arrangements.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Smaller Items (via FedEx, Purolator, or AppsCargo): Most orders arrive within 2-8 business days.
  • Larger Items (via third-party partners): These might take a bit longer—typically around 20-25 business days.

Unboxing Tip

We recommend holding onto the packaging for about 30 days after delivery. This can be useful if you need to make a return or a warranty claim.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery, please note that additional fees may apply for reattempts. Orders that are turned away will be refunded, minus the return shipping cost.

Split Deliveries

If part of your order is out of stock, you can choose to wait for everything to arrive together or receive your items in separate shipments—whatever works best for you!

Pre-Order Timelines

For pre-orders, the date provided is when we expect the item to arrive at our warehouse. This is an estimate, and the timeline might shift by a week or two due to unexpected delays.

International Shipping

At the moment, we’re only shipping within Canada, but we’re working hard to expand in the future!

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped. If your order is already on its way, we’ll process your refund minus the return shipping cost once we receive the item back.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, we’ll work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. Please note, replacements or refunds may take some time as we complete the investigation.

Price Match Policy During Sales

We understand that our customers want to take advantage of our exciting sales events. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following price match policy:

  1. Eligibility for Price Match

    • Price matches will only be considered for unfulfilled orders.
    • Orders must have been placed within the 7 days prior to the start of the sale to qualify.
    • Any unfulfilled orders placed before this 7-day period will not be eligible for a price match.
    • Fulfilled orders are not eligible for price match, regardless of when they were placed.

  2. Price Match Scope

    • Price matches are only applicable to Aykah's own pre-sale prices versus our sale prices.
    • We do not price match with other companies' prices under any circumstances.

  3. Discount Adjustments

    • If a discount was already provided or applied to the original order, customers may not be eligible to receive the full sale percentage. Instead, they will receive an adjustment that reflects the difference between the total discount already applied and the sale percentage.
