At Aykah, your happiness is what matters most. If your new furniture isn’t quite the right fit, don’t worry—we’ve made returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and hassle-free!

 

Return or Exchange Timeline

We’re all about flexibility! You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return a Product

Changed your mind? It happens! If you decide the product isn’t what you were hoping for, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Just drop us a note at service@aykah.ca, and we’ll guide you through the steps to send it back.

If There's an Issue With Your Product

We’re here to make things right. If you notice an issue with your furniture, we’ll need to figure out if it’s due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect:

  • For Shipping Damage: If possible, refuse the delivery. If the item has already been delivered, please snap some clear photos of the packaging and any damage to the product from multiple angles. We’ll take it from there and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it, keeping you updated along the way.

  • For Manufacturing Defects: Send us clear pictures or a video showing the problem, and we’ll get on it right away to find a solution—no unnecessary delays!

Our Full Return Policy

Had a change of heart? No worries! You’ve got 14 days from the time your item is delivered to make a return. Here’s how return shipping fees break down:

  • Small Items (e.g., dining chairs, stools): $49
  • Medium Items (e.g., dining tables, desks): $79
  • Large Items (e.g., beds, sofas): $99

We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make things as easy as possible. Once we get the item back, we’ll process your refund, minus the return shipping fee.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

If you’ve opened the box but haven’t used the item, you may still be eligible for a partial refund, though a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know about your refund status. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund right away, and you should see the amount back on your original payment method in just a few business days.

Exchanges

Got a defective or damaged item? No problem—we’re happy to replace it! Reach out to us at service@aykah.ca, and we’ll get the exchange process started for you.
