What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must have been delivered within the last 14 days of your request.
If your item is not in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a partial refund (this is the amount that you paid, minus the 20% restocking fee) if:

How does shipping work?
Aykah offers free shipping all over Canada on all orders over $199. Please note that while we will try our best to ship all over Canada, there may be some areas where our companies refuse service. In that case, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
On orders under $199, shipping all over Canada is $19.99.

What is the weight capacity for sofabed sleeping area?
All of our sofa beds are designed with durability in mind and can support up to 600 lbs in the sleeping area—comparable to the capacity of our king-sized beds.
This ensures a sturdy and comfortable experience.
Can I schedule my delivery for a later date?
Yes, but only if you're located in Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Are the cushions removable and washable?
While our sofa cushions aren’t removable or machine-washable, they’re designed to be easy to care for!
We recommend maintaining both our linen and velvet fabrics with a soft, damp cloth for a gentle clean.
This method keeps them looking fresh and helps ensure lasting quality.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Absolutely! We'd like for you to feel safe and comfortable making your purchase online, and therefore we accept many different forms of payment with PayPal being one of them!
